    ICE is the implementation manager for GABANI's cloud-native SfC-based AI-powered iQuery Engine for mission‑driven international organizations and nurtures a living network of learners, leaders, and partners across generations. Together, we grow sustainable systems of engagement that expand cultural access, deepen participation, and elevate the social impact of every idea we help launch.

What We Do

ICE works at the intersection of culture, entrepreneurship, education, and community impact. Our programs are designed to build bridges between people, institutions, and cultural realities, empowering diverse groups to take part in shaping society.

Education & Youth Empowerment

We design interactive workshops and long-term programs for students, schools, and youth organizations. Our focus: strengthening cultural awareness, identity, and collaboration skills through creativity and reflection.

Training & Consulting for Institutions

ICE provides cultural competence training and impact-driven consulting for organizations in education, government, and business. We help integrate cultural sensitivity into decision-making, leadership, and public service.

Cultural Research & Methodology

We conduct applied research on cultural entrepreneurship, inclusion, and the measurable impact of cultural integration on social and organizational performance, based on our Sense for Culture model.

Sense for Culture Framework

Our signature approach translates culture into actionable processes. It is a methodology for embedding cultural elements into innovation, communication, and engagement strategies, across sectors and age groups.

Culture in Schools

In collaboration with Austrian and international schools, we develop immersive learning programs that bring culture into the classroom. These include co-designed workshops, teacher training, and hands-on activities rooted in the Sense for Culture methodology.

Advisory Labs for Organizations

ICE works with civic institutions and enterprises to develop cultural access strategies and impact-oriented programs. Our Advisory Labs guide partners in embedding cultural principles into governance, community outreach, and internal development.

Gatekeepers Program

Through partnerships with local community leaders, artists, and social workers, ICE facilitates cultural access for underrepresented groups. This includes training gatekeepers in cultural facilitation, mediation, and project co-creation.

Sense for Culture Curriculum Pilot

With support from our research partners, ICE is testing a pilot curriculum based on our methodology, co-developed with students, refined through workshops, and designed to scale in youth-focused institutions across Austria and beyond.
